How much does this cost?
Our prices start at $95 for the Basic Birthday Package to $150 for the Large - Any Celebration Package (not including add-ons). All prices include all applicable taxes* and delivery. Please see our Complete Price List for the most up-to-date pricing. *Signs for schools, churches, and other non-profits are not charged sales taxes and is reflected in the reduced price for those signs.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Themed packages and specialty signs are limited and rented on a first come, first serve basis. Please order early to ensure availability.
How long are sign rentals?
Sign rentals are up for 2 days unless it is for a special 1-day or few hour event. If desired, yard card rentals can be extended for an additional $25 per day. If you would like the sign for more than 3 days, please contact us to arrange.
We will do our best to accommodate your requested time period for setup and removal of signs.
If you only need the sign for a few hours, we can do that too!
Is there a discount if the sign is only needed for a few hours?
No. The same amount of preparation, driving, and set up occurs whether the sign is needed for the whole day or just a few hours.
Can I set up the sign myself?
We are a full-service sign business and prefer to do installs for you.
Note: If a Party Up My Yard display artist sets up the sign, customers may not move or take down the signs in any way. If a sign needs to be moved, please contact us directly.
Where do you deliver?
Our business is based on the border of Arnold and Severna Park on Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard.

You used to deliver to my Town. why don’t i see it listed now?
During certain seasons, we may reduce the service areas. We also may have reduced our service area due to an increased number of yard card businesses servicing a particular area..
If we do not service your area, please contact us for the names of yard card businesses closer to your location or do an online search for “YARD CARDS” and the town name.
Is there a Travel Fee?
We do not charge a travel fee to the towns we currently service.

When do you set up the sign display?
Our installations occur MONDAY - SATURDAY during daylight hours sometime during the day selected on the calendar. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time due to the unique nature of each set up and number of greetings booked each day.
If there is a specific window of time in which you would prefer the installation to take place, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We will also do our best to make it work for scheduled events. For parties and special events, we usually set up a few hours before the start time in order to consult with the party host as to placement, etc.
**Please note that you are booking a Time-Window and NOT a specific time. Times selected on the calendar are arbitrary and for booking purposes only. The install will occur SOMETIME during the day selected for the installation.
If you need the sign installed by a certain time, please denote that on the Order Form and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
If the sign is a gift, how will the recipient know who sent it?
When a yard display is rented as a gift, an informational yard card will be left in back of the display for the recipient that explains how the rental works and that it will be picked back up. We also offer a small yard card to be included near the display with a short message from the gift giver IF this option is selected on the order form.
Where will the signs be placed in the yard?
Our Yard Card Display Artists will use the best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility and a pleasing backdrop for photographs. However, if there is a specific spot you would prefer for the signs to be placed, please notify us when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee exact placement if you are not at home when we deliver the signs, and/or if you have not marked the location in the yard with clearly visible markers, or if the area is un-stakeable (i.e. too hard or rocky). If you were not specific on the placement of the sign and do not like the location, please let us know and we will come back to change it. A travel fee WILL apply.
Please DO NOT remove or relocate ANY of our signs. If you need your display taken down early or moved, please give us a call and we will gladly come and remove them. A travel fee WILL be charged if we have to come back out to move a sign to another location on the property. If ANY part of the sign is moved, removed, or rearranged without our consent, a $50 fine WILL apply.
Will the signs damage my yard?
The signs should not damage your yard. The corrugated plastic signs are displayed on very thin wire stakes which barely make a mark in your yard. We are garden lovers and work hard to make sure your lawn, shrubs, or flower beds will not be damaged during installation and removal of our signs..
Do you offer military, first responder, or teacher discounts?
Yes. We are happy to offer discounts to all active duty military personnel, veterans, CURRENT teachers, and medical first responders of our community. Please see our Discounts Page details.
Do you donate your signs for special causes?
Party Up My Yard donates a few signs per month to special causes within our community. Please contact us if you know of a special cause that would benefit with a sign. We also create a special fund from any tip monies received to help provide no-charge displays for these causes.
Do you give discounts to schools, churches, and not-for-profits?
Yes. Our signs for local schools, PTA/PTO, religious organizations/churches, outreach organizations, and long-term business rentals are discounted.. Please inquire.*Signs for schools, churches, and other non-profits are not charged sales taxes and is reflected in the reduced price for those signs.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept ALL major credit cards, ApplePay, and GooglePay through SquareUp. Cash and checks are also accepted. If you wish to in pay cash or check, please call (410) 793-7399 to arrange. All checks must clear prior to signage set up date.
Are you a franchise?
No. We are not a franchise. We enjoy the creative flexibility of being a stand-alone yard card business.
